45 min. Plyometric Interval Circuit

Breakfast: Egg sandwich
Snack: Greek yogurt
Lunch: Protein shake with 1 banana and 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
Snack: 100 calorie granola bar
Dinner: baked chicken with whole wheat pasta in light alfredo sauce, and vegetables
