This is my off day for my workouts.
Breakfast: 2 breakfast tacos (corn tortillas, scrambled egg, diced potato)
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad
Dinner: Protein shake with 1 banana and 1 Tbsp. peanut butter

Great idea to take a day off once in a while so you don't lose your incentive!
